Why We Created It
Autism is often misunderstood, and many families tell us they feel overwhelmed, confused, or unsure where to start when looking for reliable information. Too often, resources focus on what autistic people can’t do, rather than helping others understand how autistic individuals experience the world.
We created the A–Z of Autism Guide to change that.
This guide was designed to offer clear, compassionate, and neuro-affirming information that helps people understand autism in a way that feels supportive rather than clinical or judgemental. By breaking information down into an A–Z format, we aim to make learning more accessible, less intimidating, and easier to revisit as understanding grows.
