How It All Began
Together for Neurodiversity CIC was founded by our visionary Managing Director, Ammanys Robinson, during her pursuit of a Master’s in Autism Studies. Driven by a deep desire to make a difference, Ammanys set out to create a community interest company dedicated to empowering and supporting neurodiverse individuals. Her vision is rooted in the belief that everyone deserves to be understood, valued, and celebrated for who they are.
Building a Diverse Team
To bring this vision to life, Ammanys assembled a team of passionate, like-minded individuals. Our directors are not only highly qualified professionals but also include autistic and ADHD members. This diversity within our leadership ensures our perspectives are broad, empathetic, and informed by lived experience.
Our team’s varied backgrounds enrich our approach, enabling us to offer truly inclusive and affirming support. Each director brings a unique perspective, contributing to a collective understanding that drives our mission forward.
Official Launch
After careful planning and preparation, Together for Neurodiversity CIC officially launched in 2025. Our early projects focused on creating practical resources, developing training courses, and providing sensory items to support neurodiverse individuals and their families. These initiatives reflected our commitment to offering meaningful, hands-on support and empowering neurodiverse communities from the very beginning.

Our tagline, “Empowering futures, embracing differences,” captures our ethos. By recognising and celebrating neurodiversity, we aim to support individuals in reaching their full potential while fostering a more inclusive society.
